Coming to Smallville next week its Zan and Jayna - The Wonder Twins who arrive in Smallville thanks to yet another tear in the DC universe continuum . Of course much more interesting is the fact that Zan is played by David Gallagher who took many Bobby Soxers to the edge of heaven in '7th Heaven' . While David hasn't maybe crossed over in the way Kevin Zegers has done , and I never did see David in the modern day reworking of 'A Picture of Dorian Grey' , although the trailers still up on you tube should you fancy a peak . Its lovely to see David on screen again and what a wonderful opportunity to have a mini Gallagher retro posting too .

Following the Moppet Years , David emerged with carefully styled gelled bangs just in time for the obligatory teen idol vest photo shoot. Early proponents of this style include Devon Sawa and Blake ' muscles ' Foster and of course Aaron ' Air Boy' Carter .

With a semi floppy rather than a full floppy fringe combined with a double piecing David showed young Hollywood he was a styling force to be reckoned with .
