To Percy Jackson , where one minute Logan 'the teen idols actors actor' Lerman was in Anthens Greece , for the world premiere of 'Percy Jackson and His Amazing Golden Shower' . Security was very much in evidence to protect Logan from an advanced intel warning that the Great God Zeus (who in his wisdom has decided that Logan is the mortal reincarnation of Ganymede ) was threatening to take Logan to Mount Olympus to serve as a cup bearer to the Gods , amongst other things .

Happily for Logan / Ganymede no low flying eagles in the form of Zeus were spotted in the vicinity and the Premiere went off as planned .Arriving In London ,Logan unfortunately had to miss the premiere for 'A Single Man' and the opportunity to congratulate Giant Nick on becoming Tom Ford's muse .

Back in America and on the eve of unleashing Percy's Golden Shower .During an interview on the Billy Bush show , Logan strapped too a lie detector responded to Billy's scenario that 'Sony are rebooting Spider- man and your the right age , whats going down L ?'. Honest as a re shoot is long , Logan said Sony had contacted him for talks , playing Spidey would be a dream and would be willing to sign if , Dean could play best bro Harry ( oh alright he didn't say that bit ). As the news of Sony's 'new' Spider- man casting broke across the universe . On hearing about the interview , the great God Zeus promptly turned into an Eagle and swooped over to New York but got held up at customs .
The next day twas if it were all a dream and like Pammy Ewing in Dallas who on seeing husband Bobby alive and showering ( now why couldn't she have walked in on Sue Ellen's forbidden pleasure Life guard Peter ) realized , time had been rewritten with Sony saying “ a wide net” is being cast, according to a studio spokesman, “No offers have been made, nor have any business discussions been made with Lerman.” Logan's representatives added that ' no business discussions are being held at this time '

Ever the professional , Logan then popped up on MTV to reiterate the above and that Spidey 'would be dream role for any young actor' . Its a Spidey casting storyline that could have come straight out of recent comic 'One More Day' where parts of Spidey's history are erased .Are Sony's studio gods in league with the demon Mephisto ?, maybe Nikki Finke over Deadline Hollywood has the answer .
