Taylor - Suddenly Last Summer
Confession as they say is good for the soul , so I must confess to rather liking ( okay according to itunes , I appear to have played the track 18 times ) 'Back to December' , Dame Taylor Swifts epic reproach to Taylor Launter - The Montgomery Clift of his Generation . I love the lyrics as Taylor meets up with Monty again, Taylor's pleased that Monty's 'Been good , busy than ever ' but Monty's 'Guard' is still up and Taylor knows why . Monty gave Taylor roses , but Taylor Swift keen horticulturist that she is , confesses she is left them their to die ( ouch! )
It all gets all very 'Suddenly Last Summer' as Taylor recalls all those beautiful times as she watched Monty laughing from the passenger side , but just as Dame Taylor thought she had fallen for her beau , 'The dark days came' and a fear entered into her mind as Monty gave her all his love but all Dame Taylor gave him was ' goodbye '( oh dear !)
As Taylor swallows her pride , she recalls how she understandably misses Monty's smooth skin , his 8 pack and how his muscular arms that held her that September night . Dame Taylor signs off by painfully admitting 'if the security on your property has been increased , I understand '.
